98th meeting

今年の最後の会議には、14人のメンバーと1人のゲストがオンラインで参加しました。
世間でも大変な出来事が多かった一年間でしたが、今年の最後の例会は「陽気・クリスマス」のテーマでした。
会長のGさんがTMOEを務めてていただき、プロらしい安定さで全体進行をコントロールしてきました。
そして、役割を初めてトライできたヘルパーもたくさんいて、例会全体に新鮮な空気が吹き込まれた感じでした。
準備スピーカとして、価値観やリーダシップスタイルについてご自身の経験から語ったDさん、自分磨きの準備と思い切りの勇気のジレンマの体験談を披露したTさん、そして、支えてくれた先輩への見習いをテーマとしたAさんが感動したひと時を頂きました。
テーブルトピックスマスターのYさんが、サンタの帽子をかぶって、クリスマスに巡ったトピックスで、例会全体の雰囲気をホリデームードに変えました。
最後に、2020年から2021年前半の授賞式では、半年間のクラブ活動の見返りとして多くの会員が表彰を受けました。

The last meeting of the year was attended by 14 members and 1 guest online.
It's been a year of many hard happenings, but at the last meeting of the year, the theme was "Merry Christmas."
G-san, the chairman, served as TMOE and controlled the overall progress with professional stability.
Also, there were many helpers who were able to try their roles for the first time and made people feel that fresh air was blown into the entire meeting.
As prepared speakers, D-san talked about values and leadership style from his own experience, T-san shared his own experiences of the dilemma of preparation for self-improvement and bold courage, and A-san shared the stories of being an apprentice to seniors who supported before.
Y-san, the table topics master, wore a Santa hat and changed the atmosphere of the whole meeting to a holiday mood with topics around Christmas.
Finally, at the awards ceremony in the first half of 2020-2021, many members received awards in return for their club activities for half a year.
It's a little early, but have a good year so that we can continue to push forward next year!
