第111回例会
111th meeting

今回ゲストの方3名が参加して頂き、和やかな雰囲気で始まりました。
今日の例会のTMOEは、Lさんです。
そして東京レインボーTMCのオリジナルセッションである「レインボーオブザウィーク」はDさんでした。皆さん様々なダイバーシティを発表してくれました。
「5分間LGBTQ＋講座」はTさんでした。
金曜日から始まったLGBTQ＋の映画祭「Rainbow・リール東京」今までの作品から紐解く時代の流れ、関東は終わりましたが、関西はこれからなのでお近くの方は観に行って見てはいかがでしょう。
◆準備スピーチ
最初のセッションはトーストマスターズのメインである準備スピーチです。本日は、3人の方が挑戦しました。3人とも日本語でのスピーチです。
Cさん、Gさん、Tさんでした。その中でも、Gの「無関心と偏見」についてのスピーチが印象的でした。
一見、偏見がないように見える言葉、でもその根底には無関心がある…その汲み取り方に深い洞察力が伺えます。
◆テーブル・トピックス
休憩の後、即興スピーチであるテーブル・トピックスです。Kさんが出した「本」に関するお題に、4人が挑戦しました。
そしてベスト賞はゲストのHさんでした！
◆論評
準備スピーチに対して毎回論評が行われます。論評を通じて、スピーカーは適切なフィードバックを得ることができます。
Cさんの論評はTSさんです。
日本語と英語両方でのスピーチで良かった。そして感謝の気持ちが素直に出ていて良く伝わって来たとの論評でした。
ベテランの構成にいつも舌を巻いています。
Gさんの論評はYさんです。
よく分析されて良い点4点、改善点1点。
となかなか難しいテーマのなか、細かく拾いあげて前向きになれる論評でした。
落ち着いたデリバリー、素晴らしいですね。
Tさんの論評はAさんです。
これまでの人生を振り返るような内容で、困難に立ち向かってきたTさんに感動と驚きを隠せませんでしたね。
そんな中、「自信」という単語を使い論評を繋げたAさん流石です。
総合論評はワタクシ、Uです。
終始ニコニコと微笑みを絶やさずを意識しました。
今回はダブルロールが多く皆さん大変でしたが、余裕を持って時間通りに終わる事も出来ました。
そして、ゲストでいらしてくれたHさん。今回3回目で入会希望を表明してくれました！
嬉しいですね〜ありがとうございます。

The meeting started in a friendly atmosphere with the participation of three guests.
The TMOE for today's meeting was L.
"Rainbow of the Week," the original session of the Tokyo Rainbow TMC, was presented by D. Everyone presented a variety of diversity stories.
The
"5-minute LGBTQ+ lecture" was given by T.
"Rainbow Reel Tokyo", the LGBTQ+ film festival was from Friday, July 16th to July 22nd in Tokyo, but the one in the Kansai region is ongoing until July 29th, so if you're in the area, why not go see it?
Prepared Speeches
The first session was the main part of Toastmasters, the prepared speeches, and today three people, C, G, and T, tried their hand at it. All three speeches were in Japanese. Of the three, G's speech on "Indifference and prejudice" was particularly impressive. At first glance, the words seemed to be free of prejudice, but at the root of the words was indifference.
Table Topics
After the break, we had an impromptu speech, "Table
Topics," in which the four of us challenged the topic of "books"
that K had given us.
The best prize went to our guest, H-san!
Evaluation
There is an evaluation for each prepared speech. In this way, the speakers can get appropriate feedback.
C’s speech
was evaluated by TS. It was a great speech in both Japanese and English, and
the speaker expressed their gratitude honestly and conveyed it well.
I am always impressed by the evaluation skills of veterans like TS.
G's speech was evaluated by Y. Y analyzed the speech very well, with four good points and one point for improvement.
In
the midst of a difficult theme, they picked up the details and gave a positive feedback.
Their gentle delivery was wonderful.
T's speech was evaluated by A.
The
content of their essay was like looking back on their life so far, and I could
not help but be impressed and amazed at how T has faced up to their
difficulties.
The overall editorial comment was made by myself, U.
I
tried to keep a smile on my face the whole time. There were a lot of double
rolls this time, which made it difficult for everyone, but we were able to
finish on time with time to spare.
And then there was H-san, who came as a guest. This was the third time and they expressed their desire to join!
