メンバーの大半の出席に加え、4人のゲストの方にお越しいただきました。そのため、普段の2倍の大きさの部屋を予約する必要があったほどです。
キュートなサンタクロースハットをかぶった総合司会のTIさんが安定の語り口で会を進行。5分間LGBT講義のコーナーではCJさんがこの時期にぴったりのトピック、すなわち「ホリデーシーズンをいかに精神的にヘルシーに過ごすか？」というテーマでレクチャーを披露。LGBTQ+のメンバーにとっては特に有益な講義でした。
会の後半ではプレゼント交換に加え、年間特別賞の授賞式も開催。ベストスピーカー・オブ・ザ・イヤー、ベストメンター、ベストプロモーター、ベストレクチャラーなどの部門で表彰状が授与されました。TIさんのように複数部門で受賞したメンバーも！
GIさんが今年入会したメンバーを紹介したあと、最後にプレジデントのTSさんが今年一年いかにクラブが成長したか感謝の念を示すとともに、穏やかな新年の訪れを願い、会は閉幕しました。

As a special meeting, we held a Christmas party meeting.The party was literally on fire!
Lovely 4 guests plus majority of TRTMC members came. We even used a different room that's two times larger than our usual meeting room.
The TMOE, TI conducted the party with engaging speaking style and the cute Santa Claus hat. CJ gave a lecture exactly about this season- how to spend new year with a healthy state of mind which was so helpful especially for the LGBTQ+ members.
We enjoyed exchanging gifts and special awards session after the usual meeting which is GI's idea.
The awards were diverse like Best Speaker of the year, Best Mentor, Best Promotor, Best Lecturer, etc. Some members like TI won multituple awards!
GI also gave a recognition to new members who inducted in this year. Our president, TS appreciated how much we grew together as a club and wished everyone a happy new year.
