暑い日が続いていますね。来ることができない方が多く、始めるのが少し遅れましたが、
皆さんのスピーチを楽しみにしています。この日は、ゲストが3人もきてくれました！
今夜の言葉は、「明日は明日の風が吹く」 “Tomorrow is another day” という素敵な表現に挑戦してみました。
今日がうまくいかなかったとしても、明日はもっと良くなるかもしれません。
今夜のテーブルトピックはBさんの「会員数を増やすには？テーブルトピックでみんなで考えよう！」
というテーマです。いくつかのいい提案がありました。みなさん真面目に意見を出して、
ディスカッションできて良かった。とてもインスパイアされ、サポーティブな時間でした。

It has been a hot day. We are a little late getting started because many folks did not show up (probably due to weather),
but we are looking forward to their speeches. We had three guests come!
For tonight's Word of the Evening, we tried a lovely expression, “Tomorrow is another day.”
It means, “If today didn't work out, tomorrow may be better.” We’ll challenge ourselves to use this more.
Tonight's table topic is “How to increase membership?” by Mr. B. It was a very appropriate theme.
There were several good suggestions. It was good to see everyone giving serious input and discussion.
It was a very inspirational and supportive topic.
