第90回例会
90th meeting

The 90th Tokyo Rainbow Toast Master meeting was holden the last Saturday for the Japanese Obon holiday. There were not many members to participate online meeting tonight, but it was still an impressive heart-warming meeting.
H was the first time to be in charge of the TMOE. But she really did good job and gave us such an impressive meeting. Y and K are the new members who also accomplished their role perfectly.
The LGBT five minutes lecture was held by H, who was the first time to introduce how to do natural make up in front of all members.
The first speech was about introduction of nonbinary from C. C shared her own experience about school bullying as a nonbinary, and how she outdid these difficulties in her life. Her experience gave us positive attitude and courage to face new challenge.
D gave us the Second speech about his changing during the Corona Pandemic. He introduced the philosophical paradoxes in Western history to share his opinion. Finally, he conveyed his conclusion to encourage us to stay ourselves in this changing world.
T did the third speech on the topic of how to be a good mentor. He shared his history how to develop himself from a freshman into a better speaker. His own story expressed his positive attitude and encouragement to new members.
C was also the first to hold Table topic section. She chose the topic about Summer vacation. All the speakers shared their impressive memory or travelling experience about their own Summer vacation, which can compensate the regret caused by Corona Pandemic.
The online meeting was finished in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The online meeting on the last Saturday of Obon holiday will also be kept in my mind.
第90回東京レインボートーストマスターミーティングが先週の土曜日に日本のお盆休みに開催されました。今夜はオンライン会議に参加するメンバーは少なかったですが、それでも印象的な心温まる会議でした。
HがTMOEを担当したのは初めてでした。しかし、彼女は本当に良い仕事をしてくれて、私たちにそのような印象的な会議を与えてくれました。 YとKは、その役割も完全に果たした新しいメンバーです。
LGBTの5分間講義は、メンバーの前でナチュラルメイクの仕方を初めて紹介したHさんによって開催されました。
最初のスピーチは、Cからの非バイナリの導入に関するものでした。Cは、非バイナリとしての学校のいじめについての彼女自身の経験と、彼女がどのように彼女の生活の中でこれらの困難を克服したかを共有しました。彼女の経験は私たちに前向きな姿勢と新しい挑戦に立ち向かう勇気を与えてくれました。
Dはコロナパンデミック時の彼の変化についての2番目のスピーチをしました。彼は彼の意見を共有するために西洋史の哲学的パラドックスを紹介しました。最後に、彼は彼の結論を伝えて、私たちがこの変化する世界に留まるように私たちを励ますために。
Tは、優れたメンターになる方法について3番目のスピーチを行いました。彼は、新入生からより優れた講演者へと成長する方法について、彼の歴史を共有しました。彼自身の物語は、彼の前向きな姿勢と新会員への励ましを表しています。
