第93回例会
93rd meeting

TMOE（総合司会）は久しぶりのK.Hさん。初ロールの今夜の言葉、K.Sさんと計時係のY.Tさんをはじめ、どの役割を担当するメンバーも、日英バイリンガルで説明していたのが印象的でした。みなさん、さすがです！！
東京レインボートーストマスターズクラブ（TRTMC）オリジナルの、レインボー・セッションのコーナーでは、最近体験したレインボーなできごとをシェアする「今週のレインボーな瞬間」をD.Nさんが、そして「5分間LGBTQ講義」ではC.JさんとK.Oさんが「代名詞と国際代名詞の日」についてレクチャーしました。代名詞の問題、LGBTQ+コミュニティではとても大切です。間違った代名詞で呼ばれることは、特にトランスジェンダーやジェンダーノンコンフォーミング（ジェンダーノンバイナリ、ジェンダーフルイド、ジェンダークィアなど）の人たちにとって大きな影響を及ぼします。自分で決めた代名詞で呼ぶ/呼ばれることは、人間の尊厳の基本、なんですね。ちなみに国際代名詞の日は2018年に始まり、毎年10月の第3水曜日に開催。今年は10月21日（水）なんですよ。
さて、例会のメインセッションである準備スピーチでは、A.Sさん、L.Sさん、A.Sさんの3名が練習の成果を披露しました。中でも「エコーチェンバー現象」という耳慣れない言葉を、日常生活の一コマを切り取ってユーモラスに説明してくれたL.Sさんがベストスピーカー賞に輝きました！
続くテーブルトピックスセッションでは、H.Sさんが結婚制度にまつわる様々な出来事についてタイムリーかつ鋭く切り込んでくれました。難しいお題も多かった中、自信にあふれた回答を聞かせてくれたH.Yさんが見事、ベストテーブルトピックス賞に輝きました。
さて、最後は論評セッション。先生がいないTMCでは、メンバーがさまざまな役割を経験することで、パブリックスピーチとリーダーシップのスキルアップを目指します。論評はフィードバックの役割を担うとても大事なパートなのです。例会の総括をする総合論評はK.Oさんが、準備スピーカーへの論評はC.Fさん、Y.Nさん、C.Jさんがそれぞれ建設的なアドバイスとフィードバックをして、Y.Nさんがベスト論評賞でした。
例会後のアナウンスでは、ワクワクするような企画がたくさん発表されました。まず、ハイブリッド例会がいよいよスタートです！コロナ禍で３月からオンライン例会を続けてきたTRTMCでしたが、来月からはオンライン+会場でも開催するハイブリッド例会を導入予定です。会場で、実際に人前でスピーチしたい人、オンラインで参加したい人、どちらのニーズにも応えられるので例会の幅が広がりそうですね。また、10月にエリア２６合同例会、１１月にNYのPRIDE TMCとの例会…と、クラブ外との交流も広がりそうなこの秋、楽しみなことが盛りだくさんなTRTMCです！

As I walked along the street corner, it was the season when the scent of Kanagi 犀 came to me. The 93rd regular meeting was held online with 17 people including 2 guests.
TMOE (general moderator) is Mr. K.H after a long absence. It was impressive that the members in charge of all roles, including Mr. K.S and Mr. Y.T, who is in charge of timekeeping, explained tonight's words on the first roll in Japanese and English bilingual.
Everyone, as expected! !!
At the Tokyo Rainbow Toastmasters Club (TRTMC) original rainbow session corner, Mr. DN will share "Rainbow moments of the week" to share recent rainbow events, and Mr. CJ will be "5-minute LGBTQ lecture". KO gave a lecture on "Day of Pronouns and International Pronouns". The issue of pronouns is very important in the LGBTQ + community. Being called by the wrong pronoun has a big impact, especially for transgender and gender-non-conforming people (gender non-binary, gender fluid, gender queer, etc.). Calling / calling with a pronoun that you decide is the basis of human dignity, isn't it? By the way, International Pronoun Day begins in 2018 and is held on the third Wednesday of October every year. This year is October 21st (Wednesday).
By the way, in the preparatory speech, which is the main session of the regular meeting, Mr. A.S, Mr. L.S, and Mr. A.S showed the results of the practice. Among them, Mr. L.S, who humorously explained the unfamiliar word "echo chamber phenomenon" by cutting out a frame of daily life, won the Best Speaker Award!
In the following table topics session, Mr. H.S made a timely and sharp cut into various events related to the marriage system. While there were many difficult subjects, Mr. HY, who gave us a confident answer, won the Best Table Topics Award.
Well, the last is a commentary session. At TMC, where there are no teachers, members experience various roles and aim to improve their public speech and leadership skills. Commentary is a very important part that plays the role of feedback. Mr. K.O gave the general commentary to summarise the regular meeting, and Mr. C.F, Mr. Y.N, and Mr. C.J gave constructive advice and feedback to the commentary on the preparatory speakers, and Mr. Y.N was the best commentary award.
In the announcement after the regular meeting, many exciting projects were announced. First of all, the hybrid meeting is finally starting! TRTMC has been holding online meetings since March due to Corona, but from next month we are planning to introduce a hybrid meeting that will be held online + at the venue. At the venue, it seems that the range of regular meetings will expand because it can meet the needs of both those who want to actually give a speech in public and those who want to participate online. In addition, there will be a joint meeting with Area 26 in October, a meeting with PRIDE TMC in NY in November, and so on.
