113rd meeting

8月下旬の定例会は真夏の情熱に包まれ、定例会のテーマである「2021年の夏の思い出」について、14名のメンバーと1名のゲストが熱心に語り合いました。
ベテランメンバーのToさんが総合司会を務め、安定した進行でした。
Tiさんが選んでくれた今夜の言葉「森林浴」でみんなの夏の記憶が蘇りました。
初めてテーブルトピックマスターを務めたAさんは、「東京2020オリンピック」について、興味深いトピックを出題してくれたので、「東京2020」の歴史的な瞬間を改めて心に刻むことができました。
5分間のLGBTQ+講演で、Uさんは、自分のレインボーグッズストアを通じて、国連の持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）の実現にどのように貢献できたかについて話しました。
また、総合司会のToさんが通訳をしてくれました。
準備スピーチでは、3名のメンバーがスピーチを行いました。
Hさんのアイスブレーカースピーチで、Hさんの人生経験と優しい人間性を感じ、もっともっと聞きたくなりました。
Yさんのスピーチでは、パートナーとのコミュニケーションスタイルの違いや共通認識への取り組みについて、学べました。
Gさんのスピーチでは、学校で性的マイノリティについて講義した経験を通じて、偏見と無関心についての考えを深めました。
個人論評では、Taさん、Aさん、Kさんがそれぞれ的確なアドバイスを提案してくれて、心温まる論評を行いました。

The regular meeting in the latter half of
August was wrapped in the passion of midsummer, and 14 members and 1 guest
enthusiastically talked about the theme of the regular meeting, "2021
Summer Memories."
TM To, a veteran member, served as the TM
of the evening, and the process was stable.
Tonight's word "Forest Bath"
chosen by TM Ti revived our summer memories.
TM A, who served as the table topics
master, gave us interesting and profound topics about the "Tokyo 2020
Olympics" and engraved the historic moment in "Tokyo 2020".
In the 5-minute LGBTQ+ lecture, TM U talked
about contributing to the realization of the United Nations Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs) through her own rainbow goods store.
In addition, TM To has provided
simultaneous interpretation into English during the 5-minute LGBTQ+ lecture.
In the prepared speech session, three
speakers gave speeches.
In TM H's ice breaker speech, we learned TM
H's life experience and kind humanity.
In TM Y's speech, we became familiar with
the differences in communication styles with her and her partner and efforts
toward common recognition.
In TM G's speech, she deepened our thoughts
on prejudice and indifference through her experience of giving lectures on
sexual minorities at school.
In the evaluation session, TM Ta, TM A, and
TM K each proposed critical comments and steady advice, which was a
heartwarming commentary.
