今年最後の例会は、2021年12月18日にオンラインで行われました。今回はゲスト参加はなく、出席人数も少なめでこじんまりとした例会でしたが、そのぶんいつも以上にアットホームな雰囲気となりました。

定刻通り18:00に開始。TMOEのTさんはさすがのベテランで終始落ち着いた進行。

また、今年最後の例会にふさわしく、今夜の言葉 Word of the eveningは「締め括る（Wrap up）」でした。今回は日本語、英語ともに皆さん積極的に使っていました。ナイスチョイス！

また、今回の役割でもうひとつ印象的だったのが、初めての計時係を担当したTiさん。所定の時間が来るとベルを鳴らす、という独自の工夫をしてくれました。

5分間レクチャーでは、近々開催される予定のワークショップの内容をGさんがシェアしてくれました。

準備スピーチは2本。

まずCさんが、リーダーシップスタイルをテーマにスピーチ。難しいテーマでしたが、具体的な出来事を交えながらわかりやすくまとめてくれました。

次にUさんが「さいごの恋」というタイトルで自らの経験をもとにスピーチ。まるでドラマを観ているようで、最後はホロリとさせられる印象的なスピーチ。見事、今週のベストスピーカー賞を受賞しました。

Yさんナビゲートによるテーブル・トピックスのセッション。テーマは「冬」。当クラブは様々な国の出身のメンバーが集まっているため、それぞれの国の冬の過ごし方などを垣間見ることができました。

TMOEのタイムマネジメントも完璧で、遅れることなく今年最後の例会を終了しました。

コロナの収束が以前見通せない中ではありますが、来年が皆さんにとって良い年となりますように。

また来年お会いしましょう！

The last meeting of the year was held online on December 18, 2021. There were no guests this time, and the number of attendees was small, but it made the meeting more intimate than usual.

The meeting started at 6:00 p.m., right on time, and T, a veteran of TMOE, proceeded calmly throughout the meeting.

As the last meeting of the year, the word of the evening was "Wrap up". This time, everyone was actively using the word in both Japanese and English. Nice choice!

Another impressive role this time was that of Ti, who was in charge of timekeeping for the first time. They had a unique idea of ringing the bell when the designated time came.

In the 5-minute lecture, G shared the contents of the upcoming workshop.

There were two preparatory speeches.

First, C gave a speech on the theme of leadership style. It was a difficult topic, but they summarized it in an easy-to-understand way, using specific events.

Next, U gave a speech titled "Last Love" based on their own experience. It was like watching a drama, and at the end of the speech, it was so impressive that it made you feel as if you were in a movie. They were awarded the Best Speaker of the Week Award.

Y navigated the session on table topics. The theme was "Winter". Since our club has members from various countries, we were able to get a glimpse of how people spend their winters in their respective countries.

TMOE's time management was perfect and we finished the last meeting of the year without delay.

We hope that next year will be a good year for all of us, even though the convergence of the coronas is not foreseeable.
