【第129回例会】2022年05月08日（土）
こんにちは。ゴールデンウィーク、久しぶりの外出規制のない連休で、とてもうれしいですね。皆様、良いラストスパートをかけておりますでしょうか。日本全国、自由に動き回れる喜びにあふれているようです。
今回の例会は、このゴールデンウィークの満喫に一役買うような楽しいハイブリッド例会でした。
ゲストが1名参加してくださり、総勢13名での開催でした。ゲストのKさんは、会員のYさんのご紹介で来てくれました。こうやって縁が出会いを作ってくれることに感謝しています。
また、今回の例会では、次期役員選挙がありました。今期クラブ運営に尽力してくれた役員を振り返り、次期役員を満場一致で選出、決定しました。次期会長のLさんが素晴らしいスピーチをしてくれました。多角的な視点でクラブの在り方を考えていこう、作っていこうという前向きなメッセージに、クラブメンバーのテンションは上がりました。
それでは、今回の例会を振り返ります。
TMOEはTKさんでした。さすがのファシリテーションでした。特に時間管理が素晴らしかったです。次期役員選挙があったため時程を通常の例会から変更していたにも関わらず、予定からずれた部分に対して機転を利かせセッションを追加していたのは、素晴らしかったです。
今夜の言葉は初めて担当するSMさんが選んでくれました。”きらびやかな””glamorous”という、とても素敵な言葉です。「華やかな」よりも華やかな言葉だそうです。今の季節にマッチしていて、みんなが使いやすかったので、例会の盛り上がりにとても役立ちました。
LGBTQ+講座では、TFさんがploggingについてプレゼンテーションしてくれました。地球環境のため、次世代のために、ごみを拾いながらジョギングをするというアクションです。実際にTFさんは行っており、その動画なども共有して素晴らしい学びをくれました。
そしてお待ちかねの準備スピーチのセクションでは、YSさん、KMさんの2人がスピーチを披露してくれました。YSさんは、ワクチンの副反応で見た夢により思い出した、子どものころは当たり前にやっていた想像の世界で遊ぶことの楽しさと、本当に意味で自由に想像の翼を広げることの素晴らしさを教えてくれました。技術の進歩により『小さく自由に』いろいろなところに行ったり疑似体験ができたりするようになった現実と無限大の想像力を対比させて、聞き手に伝えてくれました。KMさんは、伝え聞く話と自分が直接接することで得る認識にはギャップがあることがあるということを、何十年という長い期間、身近にいた人とのエピソードで教えてくれました。パズルのピースがはまるという、とてもイメージしやすい言葉で表現してくれました。
テーブルトピックのセクションでは、Gさんがマスターを務めてくれました。LGBTQ+の人生設計という一見難しそうなテーマでしたが、深堀が上手なGさんは、みんながどんなことを考えているのかをそれぞれが見直す機会にしてくれました。即興スピーチをしてくれたメンバーの経験や考えがぎゅっとつまった実のあるトピックでした。
最後に論評です。TSさんがYSさんの、UさんがKMさんのスピーチに対して論評しました。TSさんは、論評のお手本とも言えるような、しっかり枠組をもった流れで、とてもわかりやすく伝えることができていました。Uさんは、KMさんのスピーチだけではなくスピーチスタイルまで考慮したフィードバックを行っていました。参加しているメンバー全員にも役に立つような論評セッションでした。ありがとうございました。
えーっとカウンターはKIさんが担当し、カウントするだけではなく、傾向をつかみ、気づきを共有してくれました。文法係はYKさんが担当し、的確に抽出してくれました。
今回の例会もとても楽しく、そして勉強になりました。その場が楽しいだけではなく、その場が楽しいだけではなく、各セクションの中で発見や振り返りがあり、みんなで共有できるからなのかなと思います。
また次回も楽しい会を開きましょう！

Hello. Golden Week, I’m very happy because this is the first holiday
in a long time where there are no restrictions on going out. I hope everyone is
having a good last spurt. The whole of Japan seems to be filled with the joy of
being able to move freely.
This meeting was a fun hybrid meeting that will help you enjoy this
Golden Week to the fullest.
One guest joined us, bringing the total number of guests to 13. The
guest, K-san, came to us through an introduction by Y-san, an active member. We
are grateful for the fact that fate makes encounters like this.
Also at this meeting, there was an election of officers for the next
term. After reviewing the officers who have worked so hard to manage the club
this term, the incoming officers were unanimously elected and decided. L-san,
the incoming president, gave a wonderful speech. Club members were excited by
L-san's positive message to think and create the club from multiple
perspectives.
Now, let's look back at this meeting.
TMOE was TK-san. The facilitation was indeed excellent. Especially, TK-san’s
time management was excellent. Even though the meeting schedule was changed
from the regular meeting due to the election of the next board members, it was
wonderful to see how tactfully the session was added to accommodate the
deviation from the schedule.
Tonight's word was chosen by SM-san, my first time in charge. It is
a very nice word, "glamorous”. SM-san said it is more glamorous than
"glamorous." It matched the current season and was easy for everyone
to use, which was very helpful in making the meeting more exciting.
In the LGBTQ+ class, TF-san gave a presentation on plogging. It is
the action of jogging while picking up trash for the sake of the global
environment and the next generation. TF-san actually did this and shared videos
and other information about it with us and gave us a great learning experience.
Then, in the prepared speeches section, which we had been waiting
for, two of them, YS-san and KM-san, presented their speeches. YS-san shared
with us the joy of playing in the world of imagination, which YS-san took for
granted in their childhood, and the wonder of freely spreading the wings of their
imagination in a real sense, as they was reminded by a dream they had due to an
adverse reaction to a vaccine. YS-san contrasted the reality of being able to
go to various places and have pseudo-experiences 'small and free' due to the
advancement of technology, with the limitless power of imagination, and
conveyed this to the listeners. KM-san taught us through episodes with people
who had been close to them for decades that there is sometimes a gap between
the stories we are told and the perceptions we gain through our own direct
contact with them. KM-san expressed it in a very imaginative way as if the
pieces of a puzzle fit together.
G-san was the master of the table topic section. It was a seemingly
difficult topic of LGBTQ+ life planning, but G-san, who is very good at digging
deep, gave each of us a chance to review what everyone was thinking about. It
was a fruitful topic, packed with the experiences and thoughts of the members
who gave impromptu speeches.
Lastly, the commentary. TS-san commented on YS-san's speech and U-san
commented on KM-san's speech. TS-san was able to deliver their speech in a very
clear manner with a well-structured flow, which could be said to be a model of
how to critique a speech. U-san gave feedback not only on KM-san's speech but
also on their speech style. It was a very useful session for all the members
who attended.
Ah- counter was handled by KI-san, who not only counted but also
caught the trend and shared their findings with us. YK-san was in charge of the
grammar section and extracted it accurately.
This meeting was also very enjoyable and informative. I think it is
not only because the occasion was fun, but also because there were discoveries
and reflections within each section that we could all share.
