今夜の言葉はAさんの選んだ『晴れやかな/ radiant』でした。
つぎにTRTMCオリジナルのRainbow Moment of the Week（今週のレインボーな瞬間）では皆さんの感じたダイバーシティやレインボー感あふれる体験をシェアしてもらいました。
Five-minute
LGBTQ+ Lecture （5分間LGBTQ+講義）の担当はGさん。
『RRT映画祭に行こう！/ Let's go to the RRT Film Festival!』の題にあるように、夏の風物詩でもあるLGBTQ+をテーマにした映画祭『レインボー・リール東京』の紹介をしてくれました。映画祭会期中だったので、とてもナイスなタイミングでした！
今回は、前年度下半期の表彰式がありました。それぞれ受賞された皆さんの驚きとともに嬉しい表情が印象に残りました。その中で『最多テーブルトピックスマスター賞』では受賞者が偏る事無く、たくさんのメンバーが受賞し、TMOEの努力が窺えました。
また、前回入会宣言をして下さったKさんの入会式が執り行われました。新しいメンバーが増えたことで、これからも会を盛り上げて行きたいですね。
準備スピーチは今回TさんとLさんの２名でした。
Tさんは目的に沿ったユニークでデリバリー豊かな内容で楽しませてくれました。特にパイナップルを小道具として使ったのが素晴らしかったですね。
Lさんは分析力の光る内容のスピーチでした。Lさんの細かな気づきや流れるような無理の無い構成力にいつも感心するばかりです。
後半には即興スピーチのテーブルトピックセッションです。担当はDさん。『Talk About Animals』と題して動物に関する色々な質問がありました。ベスト賞はUさん。質問は『動物との関わりで貴方が学んだ事は？』でした。
論評の部では、Yさん、Taさんから各々の準備スピーチに対する論評が行われ、スピーチの向上を目指したフィードバックがありました。
総合論評(GE)では、Uさんから全体の講評があり、参加者が少なかったため、TMOEのAさんを始め役割が多くダブルロール（Aさんは何とトリプルロール！）もありましたが、皆で協力し合いながら例会をスムーズに進められたことについて感謝が述べられました。

of the evening was "Hareyaka-na/radiant" chosen by A-san.
Next was
TRTMC's original Rainbow Moment of the Week, in which participants shared their
diversity and rainbow-inspired experiences.
The
Five-minute LGBTQ+ Lecture was given by G-san.
"Let's go
to the RRT Film Festival!" As the title of the lecture says, G-san introduced
us to Rainbow Reel Tokyo, an LGBTQ+-themed film festival that is a summer
tradition. Very nice timing, since it was during the film festival!
This year,
there was an award ceremony for the second half of the previous year. I was
impressed by the surprised and happy expressions on the faces of the award
winners. Among them, the "Most Table Topics Master Award" was given
to many members without any bias, and we could see the efforts of TMOE.
We also held
the induction ceremony for K-san, who had declared K-san membership in the
previous meeting. With the addition of new members, we hope to continue to
enliven the association.
Two
preparatory speeches were given by T-san and L-san this time.
T-san
entertained us with T-san’s
unique and delivery-rich content that was in line with the purpose of the
meeting. Especially, T-san use of pineapple as a prop was wonderful.
L-san's speech
was very analytical, and I am always impressed by L-san's detailed insights and
smooth and effortless composition.
The second
half was a table topic session of impromptu speeches. D-san was in charge of
this session. The title was "Talk about Animals," and there were
various questions about animals. The best table topics award to U-san. The
question was "What have you learned from your experience with animals?
In the evaluator
session, Y-san and Ta-san evaluated the speeches prepared by each participant
and gave feedback to improve their speeches.
In the general
evaluation (GE), U-san gave an overall review of the speeches. However, U-san
thanked everyone for working together to make the meeting run smoothly.
