８月最初の例会は６日の渋谷アイリスでハイブリッド開催でした．１１名のメンバーと３名のゲストが参加しました．
そして，めでたく，３回目のゲスト参加したEさんが入会意思を表明してくださいました．
お仕事の繁忙期を乗り越えてクラブ復帰してくれた，我らが愛すべきメンバーCさんが今夜の言葉を「渋い」に選定してくださいました．
東京レインボートーストマスターズクラブ独自のレインボーセッションでは，多くのメンバーが最近の出来事をシェアし合い，元気をもらえたり，新たな気づきを得たりする温かいひと時でした．そしてLGBTQ+レクチャーでは，Gさんが前の週末でメンバー有志で楽しんできたスペシャルイベント「カラフルカフェin葉山」の事後報告をしていただきました．愛を込めて作成されたショットムービーで参加できていなかったメンバーにも，夏海の雰囲気を感じさせられてきたでしょう．
準備スピーチセッションでは，日本語勉強中にも関わらず勇気を持って日本語でのスピーチを披露したFさん，旅イベントで出会えた素敵な人達とのエピソードを通してありのままで生きていくことの大事さを語ったSさん．
それらの準備スピーチに対して論評セッションでは，TさんとYさんが聞き手の立場で感じたスピーチの優れた点や，準備スピーカーの立場で実行可能かつ建設的なアドバイスを提案してくださいました．スピーカーだけではなく，参加者全員にとっても大いに勉強できたと考えます．
即興スピーチでは，マスターのKさんが，ウィズコロナの生活をテーマに，コロナ前と現在の違い・ウィズコロナならではの新しい発見・新しいことがもたらす影響・今後でも続けていきたいことなど，様々の角度で深く掘り下げたトピックを用意してくださいました．これらのお題をきっかけに，参加者一人一人がこの３年間で気づいていなかった変化を掘り起こせたと感じます．

The first regular meeting in August was held on the 6th at Shibuya Iris as a hybrid. 11 members and 3 guests attended.
E-san, who participated as a guest for the third time, expressed their intention to join. Thank you and congratulations!
Our beloved member TM. C, who has returned to the club after a busy season at work, has chosen "refined/tasteful" as the word for tonight.
At the unique Rainbow Session of the Tokyo Rainbow Toastmasters Club, many members shared their recent events, and it was a warm moment that gave them energy and made new discoveries. In the LGBTQ+ lecture, TM. G gave a post-mortem report on the special event "Visiting Colorful Cafe in Hayama" that the members had enjoyed the previous weekend. Even members who couldn't participate in the shot movie created with love must have been able to feel the atmosphere of Natsumi.
In the prepared speech session, TM. F bravely gave a speech in Japanese even though they was still studying Japanese. TM. S talked about the importance of living as one through episodes with wonderful people they met at a travel event.
In the evaluation session for these prepared speeches, TM. T and TM. Y suggested the excellent points of the speeches that they felt from the standpoint of the listeners, and suggested practical and constructive advice from the standpoint of the prepared speakers. I think that not only the speakers but also all the participants learned a lot.
In the Table Topics speech, the master, TM. K, talked about life with COVID-19 as the theme, prepared topics from various angles such as the difference between before and now, new discoveries unique to with COVID-19, the impact of new things, and what one wants to continue in the future. With these themes as a trigger, I feel that each participant was able to unearth changes that had not been noticed in the past three years.
