【特別例会 Special Meeting】2023年9月30日（土）シャインマスカット狩りバスツアー
シャインマスカット30分食べ放題！お腹いっぱい食べました！とーても美味しかった！！！木になっているものを、ハサミで切って食べるのは楽しいですが、それとは別に、木で完熟したものを冷蔵庫に冷やして提供されます。それを食べながら農園の方とお話しできました。農園の方によると「ぶどうは、収穫後は追熟しない。木になっている間は、どんどん完熟し甘くなっていくが、シャインマスカットの実の色は黄色みを帯びていく。シャインマスカットは「緑」でないと、市場価値がなく、黄色くなると売り物にできない！」のだそうです！
でも、少し黄色みがかったものの方が皮が薄く、歯ごたえも良く、断然美味しいです！完熟シャインマスカットは、売った方が良いんじゃないのかなと思いました。というようなことを話して、とっても楽しかったです！
We ate a lot! It was incredibly delicious! Cutting and eating things from the tree with scissors is fun, but aside from that, ripe fruits are chilled in the refrigerator and served. We talked with the farm staff while enjoying it. According to them,
"Grapes do not ripen further after being harvested. They ripen continuously while on the vine, becoming sweeter, but the Shine Muscat fruit turns slightly yellowish. Shine Muscat is not considered marketable if it's not "green," and once it turns yellow, it can't be sold!"
However, those with a slight yellowish tint have thinner skin, better texture, and are definitely more delicious! I thought that fully ripe Shine Muscat should be sold. We had a fun conversation about this!
5合目でさえ、「山の天気は変わりやすい」ことを実感しました。富士山頂が見えた！と思えば、すぐ霧で真っ白になったり！幸運にも、晴れも霧も経験できました。Even at the 5th station, I realized that the weather in the mountains can change rapidly. Just when you think you can see the summit of Mount Fuji, it quickly turns pure white with fog! Fortunately, we experienced both clear and foggy conditions.
氷穴の中は、とっても寒くて、驚きました！ダウンジャケットなどの上着を持って行って大正解！Inside the ice cave was incredibly cold, and we were surprised! Bringing jackets like a down jacket was a great decision!
頂上までは登るのは大変だけど、バスで楽にここまで来れて、富士山を楽しめました。Climbing to the summit is tough, but being able to come here easily by bus allowed us to enjoy Mount Fuji.
富士山メロンパン、大人気でした。山の上を表す部分が茶色いのは、ココア・パウダー。ココアの香りも珍しく、楽しめました！The Mount Fuji melon bread was very popular. The brown part representing the mountain on top is cocoa powder. The cocoa aroma was unique and enjoyable!
天狗、あちこちにいました～ Tengu, the mythical creatures, were everywhere.
神社でおみくじをひいて、金運や恋愛運や健康運や家庭運について書いてあること、ひとしきり盛り上がりました。英語のおみくじもありました。 We drew an omikuji (fortune) at the shrine, and we got excited reading about our fortunes in terms of financial luck, love life, health, and family luck. There were even English omikuji.
